Koraspond Digital Media Buying Policy
Overview
This policy provides clear terms, conditions, and deliverables to ensure optimal results and comprehensive compliance in all media buying activities.
Media Buying Modes
Koraspond offers a range of flexible media buying modes tailored to meet diverse campaign objectives. While the modes listed below represent our core offerings, we are not limited to these options and can provide additional solutions to meet unique client needs. Each mode is designed to deliver precise, customized performance metrics, ensuring campaign success aligned with client goals. We are committed to achieving the KPIs outlined in the Media Plan and consistently strive to maximize performance.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL): Focused on efficient lead generation to achieve the agreed lead targets.
- Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM): Centered on brand visibility, with performance based on ad views.
- Cost Per Click (CPC): Prioritizes user engagement, with costs based on ad interactions.
- Cost Per View (CPV): Designed for video content, focusing on user views as the key performance metric, ensuring optimal engagement with video ads.
- Cost Per App Download: Aims to drive mobile app installations, charging based on each successful download, enhancing reach and adoption for app-based campaigns.
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): Structured around user actions (such as purchases or sign-ups), ensuring cost-effectiveness in driving specific conversions.
- Cost Per Engagement (CPE): Targets user interactions beyond clicks, such as shares, comments, or other forms of active engagement.
- Cost Per Call (CPC): Focuses on driving direct calls from ads, suitable for campaigns aimed at increasing direct customer inquiries.
- Cost Per WhatsApp Message: Charges are based on the number of WhatsApp messages initiated by users, ideal for campaigns designed to foster direct communication and customer engagement through WhatsApp.
Service and Fee Structure
Koraspond provides two distinct account management options, each designed to maximize campaign impact through structured engagement and comprehensive reporting:
- Agency-Managed Accounts: Managed by Koraspond, based on the campaign’s media buying budget, this option offers enhanced support, confidentiality, and exclusive platform optimizations. Clients are billed based on actual results achieved, and Koraspond assumes liability for any shortfall below promised KPIs, covering additional costs as necessary. Clients have access to a customized real-time dashboard for their campaigns, ensuring data integrity and safeguarding other clients’ privacy.
- Client-Managed Accounts: Koraspond operates ads directly through the client’s account, with the client providing full admin rights.
Funding and Payment Terms
- Agency-Managed Accounts: Payments are divided into two installments: 50% is due at the outset, with the remainder upon campaign completion.
- Client-Managed Accounts: Full payment is required upfront. Clients have the flexibility to add their own funding sources, with optional agency-administered top-ups as needed.
Invoicing
- Agency-Owned and Top-Up Accounts: Invoices for platform costs will be issued in Koraspond’s name for streamlined compliance, while clients will receive VAT invoices from Koraspond.
- Client-Funded Accounts: Invoices can be issued in the client’s name, with Koraspond issuing a separate invoice for campaign management fees.
Credit Terms
- For Agency-Managed Accounts, Koraspond offers credit terms of up to 25 days with a maximum credit limit based on media plans. These terms are available to clients with a minimum of 6 months of established payment history and good credit standing with Koraspond. If payments are delayed beyond the agreed credit period, a 5% penalty may apply to the outstanding balance.
- Please note, that credit terms are not available for Client-Managed Accounts, where full payment is required upfront to initiate services.
